中心简介：

　　云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所检测中心于2014年1月成立，是首批被农业部授予的农产品质量安全风险评估实验站，通过3年的建设，于2017年3月获得云南省质量监督局实验室计量认证资质。

　　目前，本中心共有人员15人，其中高级职称3人，中级职称3人，初级职称9人，在读博士1人，硕士学历7人，本科学历5人，大专学历2人。总投资800余万元，实验室800平方米;拥有气相色谱/质谱联用仪、液相色谱/质谱联用仪、气相色谱仪、原子吸收分光光度计、原子荧光分光光度计等仪器设备。检验检测参数覆盖理化检验、营养成分及农兽药残留、重金属及化学污染物等指标。业务涉及种植、水产、养殖、畜牧的初级农产品，包括咖啡、茶叶、石斛、甘蔗、热带水果、粮食、瓜类、蔬菜、菌类、蜂蜜、鱼类、贝类、禽类、牲畜等;风险因子评估范围包括农药、重金属、兽药、激素、肥料、饲料、添加剂、环境空气、灌溉水、畜禽饮用水、渔业养殖用水、栽培土壤、池塘底泥等检验检测等工作。

　　中心的主要职能是承担农业行政主管部门委托的农产品质量检验检测任务，承担国家监督抽检、风险监测、复检检验及委托检验等工作，持续对授权区域范围内的农产品质量安全危害因子进行动态跟踪与风险监测任务;承担农产品质量安全方面的标准宣讲、技术咨询、技术培训等任务;为政府实施农产品质量安全监管提供技术支持。

　　The testing center was established in January 2014. It is the first batch of agricultural product quality safety risk assessment laboratory awarded by the ministry of agriculture. Through three years of construction, we obtained the laboratory metrological qualification certification of Yunnan quality supervision bureau.

　　Currently，there are 15 employees. Three of them have senior titles, three inter mediate titles and nine junior titles. There is one PhD student, seven master degree, five bachelor degree holders and 2 college graduates. The total investment is over eight million Yuan, the laboratory is 800 square meters, possessing gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS), liquid chromatogram/mass spectrometry (LC/MS), gas chromatography, atom absorption spectrophotometer, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer and other equipment. The test parameters cover physical and chemical inspection, nutritional ingredient and agricultural veterinary medicine residual, heavy metals and chemical pollutants.

　　Business involves primary agricultural products of plant, aquatic product, cultivation and raise livestock, includes coffee, tea, dendrobium, sugarcane, tropical fruit, grain, greenstuffs, fungus, honey, fish, shellfish, birds and livestock. Risk factor assessments include detection of pesticide, heavy metal, veterinary drug, hormone, fertilizer, fodder, additive, atmosphere, irrigation water, drinking water of beasts and birds, aquaculture water, the cultivation of soil and the pond sediment and so on.

　　Our main function is to undertake the agriculture product quality inspection task commissioned by the department of agricultural administration, also undertake the state supervision and sampling inspection, risk monitoring, recheck and entrusted inspection. Dynamic tracking and risk monitoring of agriculture product quality and safety hazard factors within the authorized area conducted continuously. We provide technical support for the government to implement quality and safety supervision of agricultural products. At the same time, we also provide propaganda on quality and safety of agricultural products, technical consultation, technical training and other services.

岗位职责及分工：(12人)

1.主任(胡永亮)：

　　制定部门发展规划、年度工作计划和技术培训，日常管理和安全生产工作;管理科研项目申报、实施、监督，定期检查督促各项研究工作的进度和落实情况;组织协调和督促岗位完成任务，完成所领导交办的其他工作。

2.副主任(刘小琼)：

　　负责检测实验室相关工作，制定检测实验方案和方法，药品、试剂、耗材的购买;检测岗位科技人员年度业务考核;负责专业技术人员进修和培训;检测实验室仪器设备维护、维修和日常管理;负责植物营养成分检测工作;是检测的技术负责人、授权签字人。

3.检测岗位：

　　张丽萍：负责土壤理化检验分析工作;

　　尹红星：负责土壤中全氮的分析检测，协助土壤其他理化检验分析;

　　李国明、张玉龙：负责农产品、农业投入品的农药残留检测工作;

　　李庆聪、王晓媛、王彦兵：负责农产品、农业投入品及土壤植物中元素(含重金属)的检测工作;

　　戴余波：负责实验室人员档案、设备档案、检测标准等材料收集和保管工作;

　　黄家卫：负责农产品中营养物质的分析检测;

　　陈玉芹：负责农产品中水解氨基酸、游离氨基酸的分析检测，以及未认证项目的样品接收工作。

4.栽培岗位

　　王应清：负责认证项目的样品接收工作，辣木标准化示范园的日常维护与管理，农业农村部农业技术试验示范与服务支持项目“辣木优良无性系绿色种植示范与推广”项目管理工作。

5.加工、推广岗位

　　林兴文：负责农产品初加工，产品及栽培技术推广工作。
